Refund policy

At LensKraft, your satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted when the product is unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Prescription glasses made to order can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
