How Order Tracking Works
- Step 1 — Order confirmed: As soon as you place your order, it enters processing. Every item is quality-checked before dispatch.
- Step 2 — Shipped: Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
- Step 3 — Out for delivery: Our trusted courier partners deliver anywhere in Pakistan, with most orders arriving within 3–5 business days.
- Step 4 — Delivered: Pay on delivery (for COD orders), try on your new eyewear, and enjoy!

To check the status of your order at any time, contact us through our contact form or email support@lenskraft.shop with your order number — we will update you right away with the latest tracking information.
Delivery Timelines
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): usually on the faster end of 3–5 business days.
- Smaller cities & towns: within 3–5 business days in most cases; remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.
- Free shipping: on all orders above Rs 5,000.
