We want you to love your LensKraft purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, reach out through our contact form with your order number. Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
