All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product price only, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. Sale and discounted prices apply for the stated period only.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in such cases we will inform you promptly and no charge will apply.
5. Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan — you pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered. Please see our Payment Policy for full details.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered anywhere in Pakistan within 3–5 working days via trusted couriers. Free shipping applies on orders above Rs 5,000. Tracking details are shared once your order ships. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer 7-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Full details, including the process and refund method, are in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content, images, or branding without permission. All content on this site, including the LensKraft name and logo, is our property.
9. Limitation of Liability
LensKraft is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or delays outside our control (including courier delays, public holidays, and force majeure events). Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
